Se plantea un sistema industrializado de viviendas ligeras generadas a partir de unos contendores similares a los contenedores marítimos, con una modulación tal que permiten montarse individualmente, o en agrupaciones de gran adapabilidad. Aunque es un sistema de estructura y envolvente metálicos se contempla los revestimientos  adecuados a cada entorno climático y material. se estima que el coste no superará los 250 US por metro cuadrado de construcción.
